Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes! We ship to P.O. boxes within the United States. For international P.O. boxes, please contact us first to confirm availability.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update your address. Contact us immediately at hello@slumbabe.com with your order number and new address. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
We've got you covered! All shipments are insured. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
